As a visual artist, I use my paintings to chronicle social, cultural, and political discourses at a time when the dissemination of the news becomes more polarized. Through my work, I hope to create this personal space where individuals can be engaged through an unfiltered world where they are compelled to pause and deeply reflect on the subject matter during the viewing and beyond.
